What's next on the race front? A home town classic, The Blackwell Dairy 15km hosted by the Kamloops Ridge Runners on May 24th. A challenging, rolling course over paved and country roads. Best part of the race, the people from Blackwell Dairy serve up free ice cream and chocolate milk! All racers also get a free pancake breakfast.
